To reimagine home, we reimagined the wall. Our proprietary innovative Closed Wall System is at the core of every Veev home.
Crafted with unparalleled strength, embedded with advanced technology, and manufactured with precision, our walls are designed for ultimate efficiency.
Veev walls arrive on site fully constructed, closed, and cladded. Each wall integrates within it all mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire safety systems (MEPF). This purposeful design ensures exceptional performance and quality for the life of your home.
Each wall locks into place, allowing the system to connect the key infrastructure of the home. Our assembly process is designed to make on-site work faster and mitigate the delays that plague traditional residential construction.
The Veev foundation is purposefully built to provide greater stability and higher seismic tolerance. Our system employs helical piles that are deployed approximately 20 feet into the ground. The piles are connected to a high strength steel substructure with crafted floor cassettes that connect and anchor each home.

Veev homes are all framed with LGS, a superior building material that delivers exceptional precision and quality with near-zero waste. Compared to traditional wood framing, LGS is also more durable and resistant to pests and fire, which significantly improves the lifespan of the structure.
We call HPS our limitless material. Used throughout our homes—including interior walls, backsplashes, countertops and more—it’s incredibly durable and certified hygienic. Beautiful and smooth to the touch, this finish is a show stopper.

Traditional construction takes a significant toll on the environment. From design to materials, manufacturing to methodology, Veev is dedicated to learning how to make the homes we live in – and the entire construction process – more sustainable. Using light gauge steel (LGS) instead of wood as a core material Veev is able to accurately cut studs and materials to reduce waste to a fraction of what is typically produced during traditional on-site construction.
Every Veev home is designed to meet the stringent Wildland-Urban Interface (WUI) standards, providing enhanced protection for you, your loved ones, your community, and your property from fire and the spread of fire.
Veev homes are free of natural gas utility connections and designed to be powered entirely by on-home solar energy generation. A photovoltaic storage battery banks electricity for solar self-consumption, time of use load shifting, and backup power to mitigate power outages. And it’s all connected to a state-of-the-art EV charging infrastructure. Sleek, low voltage LED lighting is integrated throughout the home.
